Good work at a cheap price. I took my vehicle to the dealership to get a quote and they told me it would be $570. I then took it to Gerald's Automotive Repair in Jonesboro AR and they fixed it for $140. The reason I took my vehicle to them to begin with is that I called them to see if they sold a battery that I was having problems finding and they told me they didn't but if I held on the phone they would look up the number of someone they thought might have it - they were willing to help me even though it didn't benefit them directly.
Anyway, one more thing I really liked about them (and this is the most important in my mind) is that their mechanics are all older. They all have lots of experience working on cars and that means they don't just rely upon computers to tell them what is wrong, they actually do the diagnostic work themselves to figure it out. It also means they don't just assume something needs to be replaced. I do most of the work on my vehicles myself, but if I ever take my vehicle anywhere, I take it to this shop. You owe it to yourself to at least take your vehicle to them to get a quote, then if it seems too high (as his did), take it somewhere else. - Hope this helps, Ryan
